Earning a paycheck is not just about financial independence; it’s a source of empowerment that brings dignity and purpose to individuals. This empowerment extends beyond the individual, creating a ripple effect that strengthens and uplifts the entire community.

We are a community-based vocational rehabilitation program providing job training and employment opportunities for adults with disabilities. Not only are we one of the longest-running nonprofit organizations on Maui, but we are also the largest employer of individuals with disabilities.
