Special Olympics Hawai’i 2026 State Games

June 8, 2026

Last Thursday, the Special Olympics Maui Team gathered for a spirited training session, preparing to compete in the highly anticipated Oahu event held over the weekend. Ka Lima O Maui’s very own Eva Ujano, a dedicated athlete who has competed for many years, is an integral part of the 2026 team. Her positive spirit, perseverance, and commitment continue to inspire us all. We are incredibly proud of Eva for her outstanding participation, and we extend heartfelt congratulations on her 2026 Gold medals in Tee Ball and Track & Field! The entire Ka Lima O Maui community celebrates her remarkable achievements and looks forward to supporting her future successes.

Watch the video and meet Special Olympics Maui coach Dean and learn more about the events they have been training for!
